Normally most wireless chargers will be heating during charging, but it is safe if the temperature did not over 40℃. And for this, we want to suggest our customer to use this product in the following condition.

First, use a 5V/2A ac adapter;

Second, please use this product in a low-temperature environment, under 40℃ is necessary.

Third, do not charge your phone on this device if your phone has a finger ring or a car holder metal plate. This will cause the heating problem, even damage the charger.

Last, move your phone in a right position to charge. Horizontal and Stand position is the best position for the charging.

Do not use Lie Down position to charge your phone for too long, it will not cooling down cause the heated hole was covered up.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation
